The kitchen is fully equipped and for added convenience, it has an opening directly into the dining room. The dining room is located next to a glass wall, with views of the sea and the pool; additionally, it has a seating area with sofas surrounded by windows. The terrace surrounds the villa and has an area set up for meals where you can enjoy magnificent views while enjoying a good appetizer. Furthermore, from here you can supervise the little ones while they swim in the pool, which is equipped with two sun loungers. On the same ground floor, there is also another bathroom and a separate area that can be used as a study or relaxation room.

The villa is located in the northern part of Sant Feliu, a quiet area, ideal for relaxing in the height of summer and away from the crowds. The use of a car is recommended. The nearest shops and stores are about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is about a 16-minutes. Both the Sant Feliu beach and Sant Pol beach, the closest to the property, are about a 5-minute drive away.

Sant Feliu is a town with a great Mediterranean atmosphere, where its gastronomy reflects the history of this region. It has all kinds of shops, as well as a weekly market with fresh local produce held every Sunday morning. The coast is famous for its magnificent rock formations, views, and warm climate, with plenty of walks and excursions not to be missed
