The house is located in Sant Feliu de Guíxols surrounded by pine trees. Imagine arriving knowing that you do not have to worry about where to park the car, Just park in the parking the property offers just below the door and enjoy the summer!

The house is distributed in two different floors, the upper floor is where the bedrooms are and downstairs the dining room, kitchen and two terraces. To get to the beach there is a fast pedestrian path which takes between five and ten minutes, however it is downhill and there is a long flight of stairs which you then have to climb.
