Fully renovated village house in a quiet neighbourhood, just 600m from the beach.
The house is very comfortable, with spacious rooms and a nice decoration.
It features a large private patio of 90 m2 with plenty of natural light, perfect for relaxing. From the patio, there is direct acces to the kitchen, dining room and living room. On the ground floor there's also a big storage room with the washing machine.
On the first floor there are all the bedrooms: one en- suite room with a double bed and bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with two single beds each; and a fouth bedroom with a trundle bed. There is also a second bathroom with bathtub. All the rooms have a window facing outside.
All the rooms as well as the living room are equipped with independent air-conditioning units (pay-as-you-go).
The property also includes three private parking spaces, a very valuable feature as parking is hard to find in the town centre. The parking area has direct access to the patio.
We encourage you to explore Sant Feliu de Guíxols, with its pedestrian streets in the town centre, the main promenade, local shops, and excellent restaurants. During the summer months, don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy its beach and discover its beautiful hidden corners by renting a kayak along the coast
